OER Advocate Nominated for US Ed Dept Post

April 2, 2009

Dr. Martha Kanter, Chancellor of Foothill-De Anza Community College District, has been nominated for the Under Secretary of the U.S. Department of Education. Dr. Kanter spearheaded the Community College Consortium for Open Educational Resources and the Community College Open Textbook Project.
